Louisville area Clinic in need of appointment schedulers.

Position Details:

• Pay is $12.00 an hour PLUS $2.00 PER HOUR premium pay
• Weekly pay
• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm closed weekends and most holidays

Example of Duties Include:

• Schedules patient appointments in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Verifies and records patient demographics.

• Identifies, verifies, and enters in to the EMR patient health and dental insurance plans, where applicable.

• Manages appointments for multiple providers and rooms at multiple locations.

• GED or HSD is required
• Must be available from 8am to 4:30pm (Closed most Holidays)
• Must be able to work on site
• Must be friendly and trustworthy
