Description

  • Title: Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
  • Employment Type: Temp to Hire
  • Salary: $17/hr
  • Schedule: Open availability Monday - Saturday (7am-7pm CST), Sunday 10am-7pm FULL-TIME
  • Training: Training M-F 9am-6pm, 6 weeks of training/nesting
    • Production is all 7 days, 7am-1am for support 
  • Office Location: Call Center in Dallas, TX 75287
    • If agent does not hit metrics, they will be asked to move in office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers and resolves customer inquiries within committed time frame.
  • Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with sound knowledge of order processing and conflict resolution.
  • Strong mathematical comprehension
