Customer Service Representative 

ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED! 

WEEKLY PAY!

Our Fortune 5 client is hiring for Customer Service Reps. This is work from home AFTER training on-site for 7 weeks. All equipment will be provided and you will be paid weekly.

Position: Customer Service Rep (Medical)

Pay: $15.00/hr (Weekly Pay) 

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (Flexible)

Training: 7-Weeks On-Site (Louisville, KY)

Remote: Yes, you will work remotely after training. 

Vaccination: Required 

Equipment: Provided BUT must be picked up in Louisville, KY.

Job Duties:

• Answer high volume inbound calls (Dr. offices and Pharmacies).
• Answer questions about shipments of their medication.
• Make transfers when needed.

• SRMINIMUM of 6 months prior call center customer service experience preferred. 
• Must have High Speed Internet and Ability to work from Home.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Vaccination REQUIRED.
