- Schedule: Mon Fri | 8:00AM -6:00PM
- Location: Remote (Training will be onsite in Orlando, FL for 1 week)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Attend to client’s questions, complaints, and concerns and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Conveys to the client a sense of expertise in our debt management product and services
- Provide additional educational and referral resources to the client as needed
- Follows established procedures; performs education and personal financial management counseling, specifically in credit card debt management
- Maintains customer records by updating account information and processing customer adjustments
- Ability to make decisions and resolve client issues
- Remain well informed on system and product changes by reviewing resources available
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with operating systems, Internet browsers, MS Office Products,
- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Have strong attention to detail and must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to utilize effective interpersonal skills
- Must be highly motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan, organize and follow through on work assignments
- Ability to handle sensitive client information
· Must be able to work from home in a quiet environment
· High Speed internet (DSL or cable) connection required.
Work Experience
Required:
- 3+ years of previous customer service experience, care center experience a plus
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in credit counseling, financial services, call center or customer service.
