Full time position, direct hire - Range is $23/hr to $26/hr depending on experience.

3 days in Office and 2 days remote from home after training. They also offer 4 10's (meaning you can work 4 days per week for 10 hrs)

This is not your old fashioned A/P job going through paper invoices. This job is heavy on Excel and analysis.

International co . Joining the Finance & Accounting Team in Mesa, AZ while reporting to division headquarters in Israel. If you speak Hebrew that is a plus (not required of course). There is definitely room for growth if you are working on your degree and want to move up to staff accountant eventually. .

• Excel ! Must have strong Excel skills, creating and conditional formatting of spreadsheets, formulas, and v-lookups is a plus. If you dont know v-look ups but love Excel, they will show you how
• Responsible for the end-to-end process leading up to invoice payment.
• Work in SAP and become a SME for the accounts payable module.
• Ensure invoices comply with local country(ies) legal rulings.
• Meet the month end close timelines for invoice processing.
• Be the key contact for suppliers for a specific country or Business Unit.
• Maintain great communication, information flow, and teamwork with other entities in the corporation

• HSD/GED and 2 yrs of accounting experience
• Accounts Payable experience for 1+ years 
• Excel - good with it, and love learning new tricks
• ERP system experience
• Open communicator - will be communicating with the rest of the business

The Mesa location is on Alma School and Southern (again a hybrid part at home part in office work situation)
