RemX is looking for Supervisors experienced with AOG shipments. This Supervisor will support and manage a team of approximately 4 Desk Coordinators handling crucial shipment of aircraft parts both domestic and overseas. Must have leadership experience and must have experience handling aircraft on the ground shipments.

- Schedule Availability: Monday - Friday | Weekend coverage may be needed.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper handling of AOG shipments from pick up door supplier to delivery, keeping customer informed throughout
- Organization and Coordination of Import/Export/Domestic AOG shipments within National and Global network
- Monitor and control AOG operations with customers, branch, and network to ensure proper level of service is maintained
- Ensure all daily tasks and data entry are completed
- Coaching team members towards AOG Desk SOP and reinforcement of training to ensure all staff is cross trained
- Ensure a respectful, pleasant, courteous working atmosphere that motivates employees
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in a leadership position handling shipments / air exports REQUIRED
- 3+ years experience handling AOG shipments both domestic and international REQUIRED
- 3+ years experience working with Freight Forwarding; air import/export REQUIRED
- HAZMAT Certification highly preferred
