Training & Post Training Schedule: 7:30am-4pm/8am-4:30pm/8:30am-5pm
Location: Onsite - Denver, CO 80202
Job Overview:
- Call center, no metrics such as idle time and wrap up time.
- Creating work orders.
- Dispatching contractors.
- Provide telephone/email/chat assistance to homeowners and contractors.
- Manage inbound/outbound calls from homeowners and contractors regarding an HVAC issue, repair, replacement, scheduling the contractor based on the area/geography.
- Making outbound calls and outbound emails to verify and confirm appointments.
Requirements:
- Excel, Outlook, good computer skills
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to adhere to procedural guidelines
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Tact, courtesy, and social sensitivity
