Training & Post Training Schedule: 7:30am-4pm/8am-4:30pm/8:30am-5pm

Location: Onsite - Denver, CO 80202

Job Overview:

  • Call center, no metrics such as idle time and wrap up time.
  • Creating work orders.
  • Dispatching contractors.
  • Provide telephone/email/chat assistance to homeowners and contractors. 
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls from homeowners and contractors regarding an HVAC issue, repair, replacement, scheduling the contractor based on the area/geography. 
  • Making outbound calls and outbound emails to verify and confirm appointments.

 

Requirements:

  • Excel, Outlook, good computer skills
  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to adhere to procedural guidelines
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Tact, courtesy, and social sensitivity
