Job Responsibilities

  • Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks
  • Supporting inside/outside sales team
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
  • Offer assistance to accounting department to provide manage invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Confer with human resources department to provide assistance with payroll, personnel databases and other duties

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional-level experience required, and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required
  • Experience in manufacturing setting and coordinating required
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and professional attitude with the desire to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across departments
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
