National Leader Home Improvement Retail store, is looking for call center associates to be responsible of support delivery operations, solve inquiries/issues and process orders and fulfil customer needs.
Location: Onsite > Louisville, Kentucky 40219
Shifts available:
6AM – 2:30 PM, 12 PM – 8:30 PM
Include 1 day of the weekend.
Training Length: 1 week
Training Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Responsibility
•Responsible to support delivery operations including inbound calls from internal and external customers, issue identification and resolutions.
•Interactions with 3PL service providers and store operations to address and resolve claims and complaints received involving In Home Customer Delivery experiences.
