Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, etc. for entry level to senior level positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the organization
- Uncover recruiting challenges and resolve by strategizing with the HR Team/hiring managers
