We have an EXCITING opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 healthcare company that is looking for a friendly REMOTE call center representatives.
Pay: $16/hr
MUST BE VACCINATED!
Schedule: Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS!!) Must be able to work 8 hours between 5am – 8pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Providing first-class customer service and being able to demonstrate empathy when appropriate.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Gaining authorizations for services and products.
- Handling coordination of benefits to ensure claims are reimbursable.
- Operating according to guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
- MUST BE VACCINATED.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of call center experience.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Ability to type 20 wpm.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to use dual monitors.
- Computer skills with knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy towards customers’ needs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have high speed internet.
