We have an EXCITING opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 healthcare company that is looking for a friendly REMOTE call center representatives.

Pay: $16/hr


Schedule: Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS!!)  Must be able to work 8 hours between 5am – 8pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Providing first-class customer service and being able to demonstrate empathy when appropriate.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Gaining authorizations for services and products.
  • Handling coordination of benefits to ensure claims are reimbursable.
  • Operating according to guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of call center experience.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Ability to type 20 wpm.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to use dual monitors.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy towards customers’ needs.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have high speed internet.
