Work on site until you are comfortable and prepared to work independently, and then be sent to work remote!

$16.25-$17.24 per hour based on experience! (+$1 for Spanish Bilingual)

Schedules between 8am-7pm | Weekend availability required

Start Date: 8/29/22

Job Responsibilities: The Patient Team is responsible for the following:

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to approximately 60 inquiries per day from various modes of communication from patients
• Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
• Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics
• Report client concerns and escalations using established protocols

Job Requirements:

• Call center experience preferred
• Longevity in previous roles
• Weekend availability is required
• Passion and empathy!!
• Tech Savvy
• Must be comfortable working on site
