Description

Position: Medical Customer Service Representative *Potential to go remote after training*
Pay: $15/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits
Location: Irving, TX
Training Schedule: 7 weeks of training (Must be able to work onsite)
Shift: M-F Between 8am-8pm

 Job Details: 

  • Answer high volume inbound calls.
  • These are all inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers (Dr offices and Pharmacies)
  • Calling to check on the shipment of their medication
  • High volume nonstop calls
  • Data entry.
  • Make warm transfers when needed.
  • Answer general questions and concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Prior call center experience required.
  • Medical call center or Pharmacy experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
  • Must be able to do a 2nd interview for the position.
  • Must have high speed internet in your home.
