Position: Medical Customer Service Representative *Potential to go remote after training*
Pay: $15/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits
Location: Irving, TX
Training Schedule: 7 weeks of training (Must be able to work onsite)
Shift: M-F Between 8am-8pm
- Answer high volume inbound calls.
- These are all inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers (Dr offices and Pharmacies)
- Calling to check on the shipment of their medication
- High volume nonstop calls
- Data entry.
- Make warm transfers when needed.
- Answer general questions and concerns.
