Our client wants to bring great call center representatives to their beautiful campus (with a cafeteria & gym onsite) and invest in them with a built-in career path!

Inbound Customer Service Rep assisting small to medium size businesses with their payroll needs and questions

• Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat
• Maintain an understanding of client offering/products

Pay: $18/hr

Training Length: Four (4) weeks classroom + two (2) weeks nesting

Training Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Training & Work Location: On-site > Albuquerque, NM

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• must reside in the Albuquerque area
• Prior call center experience required
• Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce
• Ability to accurately input client data
