Our healthcare client is looking for highly motivated and experienced Medical Customer Service Reps. for this amazing  opportunity!

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Training Schedule: 2 weeks of training (8:30am - 5pm)
Shift: M-F Between 8am-6:30pm

 

 Job Details: 

  • Answer high volume inbound calls.
  • These are all inbound/outbound calls to and from patients.
  • Assisting patients with copayments and funding for prescriptions.
  • High volume nonstop calls
  • Data entry.
  • Make warm transfers when needed.
  • Answer general questions and concerns.

Job Requirements

 

  • Medical call center or Pharmacy experience required.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.
  • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
  • Must be able to do a 2nd interview for the position.
