Description
Title: Call Center Representative (Onsite)
Employment Type:
Temp to Hire
Salary:
$14.50/hr
Schedule:
Open availability Monday - Saturday (7am-7pm CST), Sunday 10am-7pm
FULL-TIME
Training:
Training M-F 9am-6pm, 6 weeks of training/nesting
Production is all 7 days, 7am-1am for support

Call Center in Dallas, TX 75287
Job Responsibilities:
Answers and resolves customer inquiries within committed time frame.
Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with sound knowledge of order processing and conflict resolution.
Strong mathematical comprehension
