Responsibilities:

• Contact by phone, email, and fax medical offices requesting specific medical records in specified time frames.
• Escalate and follow up with internal and external partners to facilitate the retrieval of medical records
• Maintain thorough documentation.

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma REQUIRED
• Previous call center experience is REQUIRED
• Bilingual Spanish / English highly preferred
• Previous medical experience is highly preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and type 30 WPM
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
