Proposal/Bid Specialist (temp to perm)

Proposal/Bid Specialist owns and drives the proposal and bid life cycle from start to finish while working closely with internal stakeholders to develop the most competitive bid possible. In addition to strong project management and stakeholder management skills, this role requires a strong command of the bids and proposals process with the ability to manage multiple proposals at a single time.

Responsibilities:

• Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
• Close and follow up on sales transactions
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with proposals and bids
• Strong project management skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
