REMOTE Healthcare Customer Service - 90 Day Contract

Position Overview: Assist with retrieving medical documents and records for needed audits. Equipment provided. Must have access to smartphone, access to ethernet cable, and distraction free work environment

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Pay: $14/hr - Weekly Pay + Benefits

Job Responsibilities: Candidates will be responsible for contacting multiple healthcare facilities to request medical records to be audited by insurance companies. On average candidates will make 60+ outbound calls per day to achieve daily goals. These calls on average will take 3-5 minutes.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a call center
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Outbound call experience a plus
  • Strong verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Consent to background check and drug screening
