**This position requires candidates to train and work onsite.**

**LOUISVILLE RESIDENTS ONLY**

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to insurance companies and patients.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Research and resolve issues
• Reviewing account details to make sure requirements are met
• Updating accounts
• 1-year recent Call Center experience is required
• Louisville residents only
• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift from 8am-8pm Monday - Friday.

This is NOT an entry level job. Must have recent call center experience to be considered.
