Position: *Onsite* Direct Hire Inbound Customer Support Representative

Pay: $18.50/hr. 

Training & Work Location: North Scottsdale, Arizona 

Training Schedule: 2-5 days 

Post- Training Schedule: Various Shifts Available 

Position Description:

• Inbound call department.

• They are supporting Bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product (apple, Nike). 

• The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product. 

• It is a yes environment, yes we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points

• 1 + years of Customer Service Call Center Experience.
• Motivated and a positive attitude a must
• Eager and willing to learn
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to pass assessment requirements.
