This is a contract to permanent hire opportunity that will be working fully onsite.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with all billing operations
• Preparing and sending company invoices
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information
• Corresponding with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Maintaining and updating records
• Creating and managing client accounts

Job Requirements:

• Must be computer and systems savvy and operate a high level of efficiency
• Speed accuracy is key.
• 3+ years of experience in a related billing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate experience of Excel
