RemX Staffing is seeking a Legal Assistant/ Intake Specialist in San Juan!

This is an onsite position. Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Works as the initial point of contact for the law firm
• Work with prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers
• Play a vital role in the initial screening of prospective clients and providing on-going quality customer service to our existing clients

Qualifications:

• B.S. in related field or 2+ years of experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
