Call Desk Admin Responsibilities:
- Opening tickets and scheduling onsite interventions for IT and Medical Devices OEMSs
- Calling customers on the phone to perform pre site checks and transferring results into CRM system.
Call Desk Admin Requirements:
- 1 years of Customer Service
- Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel
- IT knowledge, knows IT terminology (server, work station, computer room)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Analytical thinker, independent team player, attention to detail to identify problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
