 Call Desk Admin Responsibilities:

  • Opening tickets and scheduling onsite interventions for IT and Medical Devices OEMSs
  • Calling customers on the phone to perform pre site checks and transferring results into CRM system.


Job Requirements

Call Desk Admin Requirements:

  • 1 years of Customer Service
  • Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel
  • IT knowledge, knows IT terminology (server, work station, computer room)
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Analytical thinker, independent team player, attention to detail to identify problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
