Job Responsibilities

  • Update PO Board and Schedule Board
  • Coordinate with Superintendent to schedule safety meetings
  • Assist employees with their timekeeping system eBacon App
  • Enter all vendor invoices into QuickBooks
  • Pay vendors
  • Keep office clean and organized
  • Arrange Hotel/Air BNB accommodations
  • Order Office Supplies
  • Answer phones
  • Submit requests for Certificate of Insurance
  • Assist Sales/Project Managers/Accountant as needed
  • Create Job Folders for new projects



Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.
  • 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
