Responsibilities and requirements for this Outbound Call Center Agent job include:
Making a minimum of 75outbound calls daily, using an auto-dialer system, to medical providers(doctor offices, clinics, hospitals, etc.)
Meeting the required daily minimum of medical charts scheduled to be retrieved
Properly updating the database using the appropriate system code and notation
Ability to navigate a computer and various computer systems without assistance
Experience:
Minimum required: 1 year of call center experience
