Position: Customer Service Representative Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits Shift: M-F Between 6am-7pm, MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT NO EXCEPTIONS
Job Details:
Answer high volume inbound calls.
Calling to check on the shipment of their medication
High volume nonstop calls
Data entry.
Make warm transfers when needed.
Answer general questions and concerns.
Job Requirements
Medical call center or Pharmacy experience a plus.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
