RemX is seeking to hire bright and self-motivated individuals for our Customer Service team for a parking business.



You’ll be responsible for answering live, video, face-to-face calls from parking customers across the US in a call center setting that takes calls 24/7/365. As a CSR you will respond to questions or issues regarding parking services.



Payrate: $14.00/hour plus up to $6.00/hour with bonus opportunities

Direct Hire and Onsite

Fast paced call center environment with short call durations

Training Schedule: Ideally a day shift, but can be flexible for the right candidate

Post Training Schedules Available:

3pm-11pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday OR Sunday

3pm-11pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday OR Sunday



Previous experience working in a contact center or servicing customers in fields such as retail or hospitality

Problem solving skills

Ability to read and capture multiple inputs

Good keyboarding skills

Ability to make judgment when given guidelines

Good memory for detail

Prefer to learn by reading and studying

Ability to maintain calm composure under stress of multiple calls; not easily rattled

Professional appearance
