High performing Call center Reps needed

Details:

  • Pay $14 hourly + bonus'
  • Shift 3pm - 11pm
  • Training will be day shift

Description:

  • High volume of video calls
  • Attention to detail - Pay close attention to the rules and information for each facility and respond to calls appropriately
  • Communication
  • Ensure supervisors are aware of repetitive issues at facilities
  • Call out to garage contacts as dictated by the facility rules to communicate issues or get permission for next steps when dealing with issues.
  • Teamwork - Help other CSRs on the team with information and helpful hints
  • Dependability – Arrive on time and be ready to take calls at the beginning of your shift

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a contact center or serving customers in fields such as retail or hospitality
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to read and capture multiple inputs
  • Good keyboarding skills
  • Ability to make judgment when given guidelines
  • Good memory for detail
  • Prefer to learn by reading and studying
  • Ability to maintain calm composure under stress of multiple calls; not easily rattled
  • Professional appearance
