Our large pharmaceutical client is looking for highly motivated, Customer Service oriented experienced Medical Pharmacy Support Reps for this amazing work from home opportunity!

 **Local Louisville Residents Only, Due to Onsite Training**

 

Position: Medical Customer Service Representative *Work from Home after training*

Pay: $15/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Training Schedule: 7 weeks of training (Must be able to train onsite)

Shift: Monday- Friday 8 hr. shift scheduled between the hours of 5am and 8pm (Shift preference can not be taken into consideration)

 

Equipment: All equipment will be provided by the company, but you must have a quiet workspace as well as high speed internet to hardwire your equipment into your modem/router.

 Job Details: 

  • Answer high volume inbound calls.
  • These are all inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers (Dr offices and Pharmacies)
  • Calling to check on the shipment of their medication
  • Data entry.
  • Make warm transfers when needed.
  • Answer general questions and concerns.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

*MUST BE VACCINATED FOR COVID-19 PER CLIENT REQUEST*

 

  • Must have exceptional experience in a Call center environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
  • Must be able to work 2-7 weeks onsite in Louisville, KY
  • Must be within 30-minute commute or closer to Louisville, KY
  • Must have high speed internet in your home
  • Must complete a series of skill-based assessments
  • Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent 
  • Must be able to clear a drug & 7yr. background check
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to type 35 wpm or greater
  • SECOND INTERVIEW REQUIRED WITH CLIENTS’ MANAGEMENT TEAM (Interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams)
