Position: Customer Service Representative (Temp to Hire)

Location: Remote Work from Home *CARY, NORTH CAROLINA & Surrounding Cities ONLY* 

Pay (FIRM): $16/hr. weekly pay & FULL benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Training: Remote- Work from Home **All equipment provided for you by the company, NOT SHIPPED, must be able to guarantee ability to pick up in Cary, NC**

Shift: Monday- Friday No Weekends! Must be available to work an 8hr. shift between 5am-8pm NO EXCEPTIONS! (Shifts are not provided until the first week of training and are not determined by the applicants availability. You must be flexible enough to work any shift in that window otherwise we can not move forward.)

Position Details:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist callers with a bright, up-beat attitude and ensure their needs are successfully met
  • Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
  • Must adhere to company set policies and procedures as well as those in place with the HIPPA Laws

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must have exceptional experience in a call center handling inbound and outbound calls (1 year experience with the same company in call center role, MINIMUM)
  • Must have great tenure with all previously placed positions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette
  • Must have high speed internet in your home and ability to connect via ethernet cable
  • Must complete a series of skill-based assessments
  • Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent 
  • Must be able to clear a drug & 7yr. background check
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to type 35 wpm or greater
