Description

Will use multimedia technology and authoring tools to design and develop instructional materials. These materials will facilitate internal learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

This is a temporary project in the Pharmaceutical industry for a Fortune 10 company. It has been approved for 3 months, but it may go longer.

Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs
  • Develop performance objectives to meet the learner's needs
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Create material/media to support learning (audio, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
  • Determine the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration on adult education, instructional, industrial or graphic design
  • 1-3 years of experience designing and developing
  • Prefer experience with Addie Model
  • Require experience and skill with Microsoft Power Point
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
