TYPE: Contract to hire; 100% in office; Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

YOUR JOB DUTIES AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

  • Handle order management and customer service for assigned accounts
  • Follow up with customers and keep them updated on the status of their order
  • Work with supply chain team on material or shipping issues
  • Research information for returns and process RMAs
  • Order entry
  • Assist in quoting process
  • Problem solving of customer issues and complaints
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have minimum 1 year of business to business customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a total 3 years of customer service
  • Experience with an ERP is a plus
  • Must be able to manage multiple changing priorities
  • Team player
