East end call center seeking compassionate individuals for re-enrollment position

Details:

  • $17 hourly - bonus once project is complete
  • Next Training class October 3rd
  • Operating hours 8am-8pm you are expected to be available for a 8 hour shift
  • Position is ON SITE
  • Opportunity for permanent placement

Description:

  • Review and process patients’ enrollment forms to the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
  • Assist patients on the phone with PAP program enrollment by verifying the pre-screening and qualifying tasks.
  • Support inbound and outbound phone lines for the PAP program
  • Explain the PAP program and services to patients, authorized representatives, healthcare providers and physician’s office staff.
  • Always maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year customer service experience.
  • 6 months call center or related experience.
  • Some experience with insurance, benefit investigations, or US private and Government payers.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.
  • Experience with HIPAA and patient services.
  • Bi-lingual, English, and Spanish.
