Title: Online Order Processor

? Duties and Responsibilities: Order Processing Assistant

  • Process orders as assigned with accuracy and timeliness, determining when additional review or follow up is needed, and sending the correct correspondence to the customer.
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, products, and services. 
  • Provide thorough assistance during customer interactions in a friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Offer outstanding customer service, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Perform additional support task as assigned, applying sharp attention to detail, leaving necessary notes, and employing a sense of confidentiality as necessary.
  • Be flexible during busy times by helping fellow co-workers and multitasking.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Continually learn and develop skills, procedures, and information relevant to the position.
  • Understand resources available to locate answers to questions.
  • Communicate with other departments when necessary, regarding any order issues.
  • Other duties deemed necessary in the daily operation of Sports Warehouse.
  • Additional responsibilities may include participating in training clinics and providing product feedback for use on the website.

Worksite Location: Alpharetta

Wage: $16.00 per hour

Schedule- Monday-Friday Hours will vary based on client needs
