This position is an onsite position.  (The Phoenix facility is beautiful; cafeteria and gym)

Job Duties 

  • Deliver quality service to customers via phone, email, chat
  • Maintain an understanding of client offering/products
  • Ability to learn and work in many applications such as HRIS, SalesForce
  • Ability to accurately input client data
  • Ability to work in a fast paced back to back call center environment 

 

Requirements

  • 2-5 years customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume work load.

Job Requirements

Schedule:

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, an 8-hour shift between 8am-6pm.  Your start time could be different based on training schedule, call center schedule, and assigned client list schedule. 

 

 

Compensation:

The starting rate is $20
