Pay: $21/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits
Shift: M-F Between 8am-8pm, MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT NO EXCEPTIONS
- Call center environment.
- Manage patient files communicating with Healthcare Providers, Insurance Companies, and Patients.
- Data entry.
- Make warm transfers when needed.
- Answer general questions and concerns.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CLAIMS AND BENEFIT INVESTIGATIONS FOR PHARMACIES.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
- Must have high speed internet in your home.
- Must be able to pickup equipment from Irving, TX
- NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FOR FIRST 90 DAYS
