The is a contract-to-hire opportunity
- Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available.
- Process payments and payoffs • Perform outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments • Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
- Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
- Dependent on Department (Open Availability required)
- Overtime offered as needed
- Must be flexible, schedule may change with business needs
