Training for a month in office and then remote until called to come back in office
Account Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate implementation and maintenance of products and services for moderately complex customers. Obtains all required documentation, completion of set-up specification sheets and coordination of all activities necessary for successful implementation.
Job duties include outreach to clients via email and phone. Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when encountering exceptions to processes and procedures. Requires a good level of knowledge of the organization, products and services, systems and the ability to handle more challenging client requests.
Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent with two to three years of relevant experience.
