Schedule: 5am-8pm Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS!) Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between those hours.

Job Responsibilities/Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and empathy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Gaining authorizations for service and products.
  • Handling coordination of benefits to ensure claims are reimbursable.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Program.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 

  • Must reside in North Carolina 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have high speed internet 
  • Recent Call Center experience
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to type 20 wpm
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to use dual monitors
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Outlook and Excel
  • Good work attitude and willingness to help others
  • Ability to be empathic to the needs of the customer
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment
