Schedule: 5am-8pm Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS!) Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between those hours.

Job Responsibilities/Duties include:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Providing outstanding customer service and empathy.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Gaining authorizations for service and products.
- Handling coordination of benefits to ensure claims are reimbursable.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Program.
- MUST BE VACCINATED!
- Must reside in North Carolina
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have high speed internet
- Recent Call Center experience
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to type 20 wpm
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to use dual monitors
- Computer skills with knowledge of Outlook and Excel
- Good work attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to be empathic to the needs of the customer
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment
