TYPE: Contract to hire; 100% in office; Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Receive incoming calls and emails from customers and assist with quote requests
  • Quote pricing and delivery options
  • Enter purchase order information
  • Expedite orders as needed
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Support quoting needs for assigned house accounts

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
  • Must have minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an ERP or CRM system is a plus
