**Cary, North Carolina & Surrounding Cities**


Position: Medical Customer Service Representative 

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay + Benefits 

Shift: Must be available to work an 8 hour shift M-F Between 8am-9pm EST.


**All equipment is provided by the company! You must be able to pick up equipment in Cary, NC**


Position Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls when needed.
  • Data entry.

Job Requirements


  • Must have 6 months + of Customer Service Call Center Experience.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus. 
  • Motivated and a positive attitude a must.
  • Must have reliable internet in your home.
  • Eager and willing to learn.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Typing 35 wpm. 
  • Excellent computer skills.
