•Receive, document and respond to all contacts including member, client and pharmacy inquiries about company PBF benefits, policies and procedures
•Investigate and resolve member complaints and concerns in cooperation with company Provider Network and other company departments
•Provide ongoing education and support to company PBF membership or clients in regards to benefits, policies and procedures
•Research and assist with point of sale issues, claim adjudication and succinct documentation of tasks resolution or steps taken to complete
•Excellent Attendance, Able to follow schedule, complete tasks or other duties as assigned within policy
•2 years incoming Call Center experience
•Critical thinking/analytical skills
•Think out of the box
•Outstanding customer service skills
