Work with a Fortune 500 Clinical laboratory company as a Client Services Representative in a fast-paced environment responding to inbound and outbound activities using multiple modes of communication. Act as an advocate to the client handling and troubleshooting inquiries following appropriate processes. Follow-up with clients on issues that cannot be resolved immediately.

Located near the USF Tampa Campus, this is a direct hire position will allow you to help others and grow in your career. Applicants must be comfortable reporting to site.

Location: Tampa, FL 33612

Base Pay: $17.24 per hour

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8AM-9PM and Saturday-Sunday 8AM-5PM EST

Shift: Set 40-hour work week within hours of operation - weekend availability is required

Client Services is responsible for the following:

  • Provide prompt, courteous assistance to approximately 60 inquiries per day from various modes of communication
  • Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
  • Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics
  • Report client concerns and escalations using established protocols

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Recent healthcare experience
  • Recent call center experience
  • Weekend availability
  • 40 WPM typing speed
  • Longevity in previous roles (at least one year in each company)
  • Must be comfortable working on site for up to 16 weeks and reporting to site as needed
