Description

Our Supplemental Benefits client is looking for customer service agents to provide white-glove service in their high-volume call center!

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Serve as single point of contact for the customer and form a strong relationship with them
  • Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the member in real time or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the member
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work support resources to own the resolution of all customer issues & anticipate their future healthcare needs
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify issues

Title: Customer Service Advocate

Start Date: 10/3

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Training Length: Two-three weeks   

Training Schedule: 9am-5:30pm for three (3) weeks

Post Training Hours of Operation: 7am-11pm/7 days a week

Available Shifts:

  • 7am-3:30pm
  • 9am-5pm
  • 2:30pm-11pm

Training & Post Training Location: Overland park, Kansas 66212

 

Job Requirements

· Must live within 30 minutes of Overland Park, KS

· HSD/GED OR equivalent work experience

· Three (3) years of combined education and work experience

· The ideal candidate needs to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone

· Strong computer and software navigation skills are critical

· Strong ability to be flexible and adapt

Preferred Qualifications

· Healthcare/Insurance environment (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents or benefit plan design

· Social work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion and behavior change (working with vulnerable populations)
