Description

RemX is partnered with a highly regarded healthcare organization with an IMMEIDATE opening for an Office Assistant in Los Angeles (Ladera Heights area). This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our client’s behavioral health department. This is 100% onsite for 6 months.

  • Answer phones, take or route messages
  • Schedule, reconfirm and cancel appointments
  • Check in patients
  • Collect and post copayments
  • Assist with reporting in Excel
  • Data entry into company’s EMR

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • 1+ years healthcare industry experience providing admin / clerical support
  • Strong customer service skills required to communicate effectively with all levels of management internal/external
  • Ability to research and prepare reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Typing 40 wpm
