RemX wants you to bring your white-glove level customer service skills to our customer in Miramar, Florida! While this role is *REMOTE*, you will be responsible for picking up your equipment from the office in zip code 33027. As a Customer Service Advocate you will be responsible for supporting healthcare insurance members enrolled in DSNP benefits including members, or families of members, identified as having a complex illness.
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 based on experience ($.50 differential for Spanish bilingual)
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7:00am-11:00pm. You must be open to any shift in those hours, weekend availability is required!
