Prepare and coordinate the development of staffing and operating plans for planning and scheduling activities.
Assists with collection, verification, and integration of the work scope for all entities into the total project plan.
Review the representation of project scope in schedules.
Prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data among packages and present finding with stakeholders.
Prepares progress vs. baseline schedule analysis and conducts studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.
Recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
Develops and Supports Scheduling standards, procedures, and implementation.
Develop programs and conduct training for technical and non-technical personnel on the use of scheduling processes and software.
Liaise with company management, subcontractors, etc. on planning and scheduling related items and functions including reporting requirements, progress status, new impacts, etc.
Represent company and/or project in meetings with company clients and other contractors as required.
Compile, summarize, update, and maintain historical schedule data. - Perform functional audits of projects to ensure the technical adequacy of planning and scheduling activities.
Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and company's Safety Management Programs.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction. - Travel as required to accomplish position responsibilities (travel to location site twice a month to meet with Site teams; travel will be conducted during the work week.
