Description

TYPE: Contract to hire; Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

YOUR BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answer incoming calls to the office and direct as needed
  • Greet visitors to the office
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages and mail
  • Help with event scheduling
  • Arrange for in office meetings
  • Order catering for trainings and events

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THE BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must have minimum 6 months of administrative experience
  • Must be bilingual - fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with meeting coordination is a plus
  • Experience within HR is a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented
