A plastic manufacturer is looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant, located in Huntington Beach. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits, this position will be on-site. This is a temporary to hire position.  Offering $20-$22/hr. DOE

 Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Greeting customers and associates, while providing clerical support in the office
  • Responsible for filing, invoicing, and sorting of all incoming mail

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • 5+ years of most recent Reception/Office Assistant experience is a must
  • Display exceptional professionalism, enthusiasm, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent filing, computer, and phone skills
  • Must be bilingual – Spanish
